What to Expect

When you hire SkyMedia for real estate aerial photography or video, our experienced team knows exactly which shots to take. We’ll spend approximately 1.5 hours on-site for a video shoot and 3-4 hours for a combined video and photo shoot. From this, you can expect to receive around 40 images and about 30 minutes of total video footage. We’ll edit the footage down to a 1-3 minute video showcasing stunning cinematography. The video may include a voice-over from the real estate agents or our own professional voice-over talent to highlight the property’s features. We can also take interior photos using our high-resolution DSLR cameras, offering you a one-stop solution.

Homeowner Checklist for Perfect Aerial Photos & Videos

To help us capture the best possible images of your property, we recommend taking the following steps before the shoot:

  • Lawn Mowed and Gardens Tidy: Ensure that the lawn is freshly mowed and gardens are well-maintained.
  • Remove Vehicles from View: Move any vehicles out of sight to keep the focus on the property.
  • Hide Garbage Cans: Make sure no garbage cans are visible in the shot.
  • Arrange Outdoor Furniture Neatly: Arrange any outdoor furniture in an appealing way.
  • Remove Pool Equipment and Toys: Ensure that pool equipment and toys are put away.
  • Clean the Pool: Make sure the pool is clean and clear.
  • Tidy Balconies: Ensure that balconies are clean and free of clutter.

By following this checklist, you’ll help us capture your property at its best, ensuring the images and videos attract potential buyers.
